Jeremy Gomm – Consultant and Coach
Jeremy’s clients say he is a great listener. And a good talker. It’s a winning combination with his clients, who universally praise his capacity to generate in them confidence, optimism and energy and a ‘can do’ approach to achieving success.
The listening and talking skills grew out of a career in newspapers, where he won awards for newspaper design and editorship and, more importantly for him, his people won awards for excellence in practising the skills of journalism. As Editor in Chief of a group of UK regional newspapers, Jeremy’s creative expertise and inspirational leadership led to exceptional performance from individuals and teams and the rejuvenation of advertising revenue and readership.
Individual and team coaching clients talk freely about his ability to reveal hidden assets and aspirations, unlock their potential and motivate new thinking and action.

Here’s what some of his clients have said about him...
"Jeremy’s thought provoking questioning allows me to come to a self actualisation of the what, why, and how I am going to achieve my goals. He creates a “can do” approach to achieving success."
Regional Director, Coors
The coaching support from Jeremy unlocked my potential as aleader as I developed and applied the skills required to lead a senior management team.
Jeremy facilitated my change in role by discussing significant proposals and plans I had developed and strengthening them with new tools and techniques, (either tried and tested theory or by way of illustrating with practical experience).
Significantly, the 360 degree feedback I recieved from reporting managers recognised and valued the change in my approach to leadership."
