Pricing a Quick Audit or Aligner SME Performance Improvement Audit: The price to you of each audit is £250 for each batch of 50 respondents. The recommended price to your client is £750 for each batch of 50 respondents.

This suit of three complementary products provides you with all that you need to carry out an audit of the needs and problems of your client’s customers, employees and/or suppliers. The audits are carried out on-line and the results will show key areas where improvements in your client's approach and operational practices will raise your clients business performance.  Large organisation and other bespoke on-line Pathfinder needs & issues prioritisation process

This process comprises two parts; (a) Discovery in which the consultant facilitates workshops and/or individual interviews to uncover the needs (desired states), problems and opinions of a client’s customers, employees and/or intermediaries. The consultant then analyses their audio recordings of these workshops and/or interviews and builds the contents for a Pathfinder on-line audit. Discovery and Discovery analysis is carried out by the consultant and is covered in training modules 16, 17 or 18.

This product comprises the use of the on-line Pathfinder Audit tool, with the Needs, Problems and Opinions statements provided by the consultant as described above. More info...

Bespoke Audit Pricing:

The price to you for setting up a bespoke on-line Pathfinder with unique contents is £500 for the first 30 participants, plus £5 per additional respondent over 30. If you would like to buy audits for over 30 respondents, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

The recommended price to your client is £1000 for up to 30 respondents, plus £15 per additional respondent over the first 30.

P21: Lead generation and prospect meeting setting services

This service is provided direct to you by Open Door and is provided on a per day basis and costs £300 per day. Based on clean up-to-date contact lists provided by you, Open Door will make 60 contacts per day on your behalf. There is no guarantee that these contacts will lead to prospect meetings or to consultancy business.

This is a new service and is currently for the UK only. We plan to extend this service based on demand so if you work outside of the UK, please email Navisys Academy with your requirements.
