Large organisation and other bespoke on-line Pathfinder needs & issues prioritisation process
This process comprises two parts; (a) Discovery in which the consultant facilitates workshops and/or individual interviews to uncover the needs (desired states), problems and opinions of a client’s customers, employees and/or intermediaries. The consultant then analyses their audio recordings of these workshops and/or interviews and builds the contents for a Pathfinder on-line audit. Discovery and Discovery analysis is carried out by the consultant and is covered in training modules 16, 17 or 18.
This product comprises the use of the on-line Pathfinder Audit tool, with the Needs, Problems and Opinions statements provided by the consultant as described above. More info...
