Kaaren’s early corporate career was in hotel management, where she made an enviable reputation for enabling change through people and rose to the World wide role of a Management Development Manager for Trust Hose Forte, then the largest hotel chain in the World.
Since becoming a full time change facilitator, trainer and coach 20 years ago, Kaaren’s style; a combination of well thought through structures and processes, combined with warmth and fun, has helped hundreds of people in corporate organisations, to develop, grow and reach their business and personal goals.
