About Navisys

Navisys has been in business as a successful management consultancy for over 15 years. During this time we have helped all sorts of organisations to solve all sorts of problems and capitalise on all sorts of opportunities. You can see some of our work on this page

Our success comes from the unique, effective and appealing tools and processes that we use. We continue to develop these tools and processes based on evolving client needs.

Originally Navisys Academy was developed as a partnership between Navisys Transformation and Henley Management College (HMC), one of the top European business schools. After much design work, a number of successful training workshops for consultants were held at HMC.

However, it became increasingly obvious that most new and existing consultants did not wish to invest the high cost in both time and money that traditional classroom training demands.

This realisation on our part coincided with major improvements in web technology that made on-line “webinar” based training more accessible and affordable. Our on-line approach to training and supporting consultants is the new evolution of Navisys Academy through which we are able to provide consultants with high quality training and support when and where they need it and at a cost in both time and money that they can afford.
